a back tip!

Do not slouch, fitness professional’s advice. Slouching makes you look shorter than you really are. Besides, it’s bad for your spine. By standing tall, you give the illusion of being slim and confident. Stand in front of the mirror and imagine a string hanging from your ear to your feet. Your shoulder, hip, knee and ankle should be in one line. Adjust your body to follow the imaginary straight line. Try doing this while brushing your teeth or standing in line. Once you perfect the stance, you’ll feel better, taller and more attractive.
