consistent exercise

One of the most crucial factors in fitness is being consistent. But, there are possible ways to stick to your exercise. First of all you have to plan the day and time for each workout at the beginning of every week. This way you will be forced you to schedule everything at other times to ensure that there is a specific time block for exercise. Do it for five weeks; until then it will become a habit afterwards.

Require each exercise session to last a minimum of 10 minutes. With this approach, even a long, busy day can’t excuse you from dedicating at least a few minutes to activity. The idea isn’t to do short workouts but rather to establish a pattern. By setting aside time for exercise, you make it part of your routine like shaving or cooking dinner.

Track down how you feel and function every day. For example, rate your mood, energy level, and work productivity on scale of 1-10. Also, monitor general health markers such as blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides. Both direct and indirect feedback can serve as your motivators when your exercise goals involve fitness and general health.
