Keep your home safe from unwanted entry. More often than not, robbers break into a home when there’s no one around. Because this gives them enough time to search for and cart away as much loot as possible. The thieves enter a home after checking for vulnerable openings, such as a door with flimsy lock or a forgotten open window. Here’s a reminder if robber get their hands in your house.
When your home is robbed in your absence, don’t touch anything in order to preserve the scene of the crime. Its better if you do not enter your home alone before help arrives. Immediately call the police to process the crime scene, take fingerprint marks, and interview people in order to make tracking the criminals easier. If you have installed Security Camera in your home it would be easier to get a look at the criminals.
However, worst comes to worst when robbers are bash enough to invade your home while you are there, do not fight back, but be alert. Robbers can either force their way in, or pretend to be beggars or injured. Follow their instructions, give them what they want, and do not stare just take glimpse at their features, or look down and memorize their shoes. Burglars may change clothes but seldom change shoes or slippers. Not fighting back decreases your risk of getting physical injury or death. Never try to intimidate them. When they are gone, this is the time to call the nearest police station and ask for assistance.
