Benefits of Child Play

benefits-of-child-playParents must not be bothered by the rough and physical games children play, because children must be physically active in order to grow and develop skills. Children must also be free to try new things and explore the outside world.

Aside from contributing to children’s development, regular physical activity decreases their risk of developing type 2 diabetes early in life, helps control weight, and improved brain function and bone strength.

Regular activity keeps children from getting sick often or easily by strengthening their heart and immune system. Some study also show that regular activity boosts the neurotransmitters in a child’s brain that affect mood. It reduces stress as well as promotes a good night’s sleep for optimal growth and development.
