I just got so bored the whole day doing nothing. No news and noon time show to watch. Plus, I am in a fasting mode. Hey! I should not be bored its Maundy Thursday. Part of my sacrifices is avoiding television and fasting.
Well, that is what I am accustomed even before I met my partner. And I can manage one meal a day. So, I have no problem doing fasting. When my partner learned that I am going on a fasting, she has decided to do it as well. The problem is that she never experienced not eating three to four meals a day. I prepared food if ever she starts complaining. I bought several kinds of chips, a bag of different kinds of candy and fruits.
I never went wrong. Even though she never complains of being hungry, she keeps on talking about food. Plus, she keeps on opening the fridge looking for something. Well, at least we have fruits. Before the day hits five in the afternoon, she gets up in bed and went directly to the kitchen cooking some fish and rice. There goes our dinner and she consumed almost three cups of rice and finished the viand. I never imagined that she is that hungry.
As for me, I will go on my fasting tomorrow. Hopefully, wiffy will not decide to cook good food or I will go crazy.

She gets so messy most of the times especially when we are outdoors. Even if we are in the mall, her face gets very oily. Not to mention when she is in a warm place.

I got a chance to chat with a friend who is really a big fan of online games. Well, this eats up most of his free time. That is okay since he is a system’s engineer for a big company. So it is no longer a surprise that he loves anything in line with computer. Of course that includes playing almost all kinds of online games.

On the first day, all were given a standard breakfast with 58 percent of energy from carbohydrates and 14 percent from protein. On the nest two days, the breakfast had around 33 percent of energy from protein and 33 percent from carbohydrates. Over the eight hours immediately after breakfast on the day 1, the obese and overweight groups burned less fat than the lean group. On the days 2 and 3, however, when the protein content of food was increase, the obese burn more or less the same amount of fat as the lean. Proteins in the meals came from low-fat milk products, lean meat, and eggs; carbohydrates came from bread and vegetables.
I have been blogging for almost a year from now. I have reaped so many benefits from it including friends. Yup, I gained virtual friends from all over the world. Almost every day, I got a chance to talk to them about anything they want to share food, travel, lifestyle and the list goes on.
The most recent conversation I have is with my friend in Canada. It happened that my partner got flu right that time. So, we talked about medicines and pharmacy which is blocks away from our place.
