I am reading along sites that has local properties for sale. I am interested in getting one in the future as I have no plans of renting forever. I found a lot and I was able to estimate how much it would cost me if I decide now. However, I got bored in the process. So, I check on my blogger friend to see how they are doing during the past days.
Like me some of them are also in the process of looking for real estate. One even post about his uncertainty whether to commit to Wilmington NC real estate. He loves the beach, but he is having a hard time whether to pursue it or not because it’s far from his workplace. He doesn’t know what to do at this time. Well, I can’t help him as well. I just left him a comment. I don’t know if it will benefit his decisions.
