- Have great food. You have generous servings of fresh food that’s cooked simply and beautifully. It’s that sort of ethnic generosity, which is very moving for a lot of people. If you put on a generous spread, it more than fills their bellies. It goes a long way.
- Lastly is the physical atmosphere. When you have a dinner party, you can dim the lights. Then, you might have some fresh flowers. It doesn’t mean that it is completely glamorous, just a very comfortable setting where people can be themselves and relax.
