Because wifey depicts that she had gained a lot of weight, I convinced her to exercise beside from using weight loss pills. All she needs is to commit and have determination. It bothers me since she is not thinking clearly as to when to start. She has this habit of postponing things including exercise. I already bought her a fitness exercise DVD and it gives her the motivation to do it. But, she loses interest after a period of time.
I checked on several exercise equipment that fits her best. Well, I have two options the Elliptical and treadmill. As I read some reviews, I learned that I should choose elliptical. For the reason that it is a non-impact cardiovascular workout that can vary from light to high intensity based on the resistance preference set by the user. It simulates walking or running without causing excessive pressure to the joints, hence decreasing the risk of impact injuries.
She hates pain in short that is why whenever she feels a tiny pain after exercise her next session will be the following month. It’s not good right? I keep on reminding her that if she really wants to stay trim and sexy she needs to exert effort to reach that. There is no shortcut for that.
