The very first time wifey bought a laptop, we instantly decided to buy a router. I will keep the first brand a secret because I don’t want to fire up a misunderstanding. The issue has been resolved. But, it did give us problems for several months.
After six months of usage, the first brand already show signs of problems. It still has power and still giving us internet connection, but in a short period of time. We reported the problem to the distributor who promised to act immediately. But, weeks passed and we haven’t heard anything from them. We patiently wait until the equipment returned to us. During that time we have no choice, but to shut down one laptop.
Okay the same brand was returned to us. Just like the first one, it did not last long. We have to return it again for the second time around. This time, we can’t live by just one computer. After knowing that we need to wait again, for three to four weeks, we decided to buy a new router. We found Linksys router and did not think twice. We instantly bought the router that is still working until now. And we are so happy about it. As for the other one, we filed a complaint and demand letter to refund our money. Good thing they answered us immediately.
