One time, one of wifey’s used to be colleague approached us for the product she is selling. Wifey hasn’t seen this woman for almost two years now. They left their company simultaneously and lost contact after that. But, out of nowhere she contacted wiffy and arrange a meeting with her.
So, she did meet her in the mall. They have a few talks, which of course I don’t know. I did not bother to come along because to give them privacy. As she came home, she already has a bunch of paper in her hands. Curious enough I snatched it without a word and saw the insurance quote. Okay is not a friendly dinner after all. It’s more of a business transaction.
I have nothing against insurance because we all need it. It saves people financially through tough times. But, she could have said it in the beginning because I feel she is not expecting to be dealing with it during that time. As I asked wifey about her dinner, she just gave me a big grin. What could have happened in there? Hmmm.
