our argument over purchases

life insuranceMy partner keeps on bugging me about our life in the future. Why would I do that? I want to live day by day. We had our arguments a couple of days ago about future planning. At that time, I’m actually saving my money for an SLR camera, new laptop and a cell phone. I’m trying to get her idea on the best models. Yet, I can’t extract any information from her. The reason for that is she wants to save the money not for those things.

She added that we already have those things. She wants to buy something that will benefit us in the future. She showed me a piece of paper with an affordable term life insurance quotes she gathered from insurance agents. That is good, but my point is that we still don’t have regular income to pay the premium every month. We could have the money now, what about the following months.

So, it’s better to postpone the insurance thing first until I get a regular job with a regular income. Of course to make the situation better, I have to cancel buying electronic gadget I mention earlier. That is the only way to make her at ease.

my door problem

doorLast time we found a small snake inside our living room. We don’t know where it came from because it seems it had already roamed around the house. In our investigation, the only passage it has is through our door. Since the snake is so small, we figure out that he was able to pass the small openings in the door. No it’s not really small opening. It’s actually an inch or two inch gap from the floor to the tip of the door itself. So, almost all crawlers can fit in.

I called the attention of the engineer who is also the owner; we are just renters, about the problem. She said that she will take a closer look at the problem and have it fixed. It has been a week and nothing is happening yet.

As for me I try to search at the gallery of Naples Fl custom doors. Those are the kind of doors, especially the one in the picture, I want for my house in the future. It looks sturdy and really presentable unlike that is the opposite.

  • Avoid people who send you emails from a free email address – unless they include a lot of business information that you can check and verify. Remember that you should always be on the lookout for potential scammers, and this includes in the job market.
  • Ask for recommendations from trusted sources – either from your friends or online merchant that you trust, this is a very good way of getting useful information about anything because people will always advertise something that is working for that or something that has worked for them in the past. Try to ask as many questions of the person who is hiring you before you begin work.
  • Make sure there is a work contract that you can sign and keep for your own records – so that you will have proof if anything goes wrong or if you do work that you are not paid for. The more information you are getting on the person who is offering you work, the better chance you have of staying clear of scammers, because often scammers will not give you very much information.
  • Simply feel out a person before you take work for them – make sure that you are able to trust this person, and that they have given you enough information so that you feel they are trustworthy. You should be able to know if you can really trust someone or not by the time you begin to work with them. The best thing to do is to avoid the places and the people who you simply do not trust. If you do not trust someone, you should not take work from that person. That is just a good rule of thumb to keep in mind. You should not be working for those that you do not trust, and this should go for all types of work, whether it is from home or not.

if given a chanceIf given a chance, I would definitely buy my own car right now; without hesitations and without second thought. I’m tired of commuting every now and then. Also, I’m tired of waiting in long lines to get a cab. The only way to answer that is to my own car. If ever that car would be my first. I’ve got lots of choice Toyota, Volvo, Ford and so on. But, I am keeping a close look at acura rl or sold in Japan as Honda Legend.

Of course, I am a realistic person. I have other cheaper options since this car is a flagship of North America luxury brand Acura. From the word itself luxury, I can no longer buy it. As of the moment I don’t need luxury car. All I need is something to drive to get me anywhere I go.

Despite that, I’ll continue to keep an eye on Acura cars. We never know what will happen next. Who knows I might win the lottery that will make me instant millionaire. Hahaha! Seriously, my dream will not die out for luxury cars. I might change preference in the long run in terms of brands and models, but I will still dream of a luxury one just as my partner dream of luxury homes and bags.

the signal of Christmas

the signal of ChristmasChristmas is on the air. Lights everywhere, decorations filled most stores and gift ideas are already displayed in stalls even though Halloween is not yet over. Well, most people in this country love Christmas more than Halloween. As the month fall the word “ber” then that is the signal of Christmas. Some even started decorating their place with beautiful lights as early as August.

Well, as for me and my partner we are starting to list down our possible gifts for our family and friends. I don’t have much cash now. It is better to send out christmas cards to friends and distant relatives. It’s not the gift that counts; it’s remembering the people dear to me.

But, first I need to count the number of people I want to send some cards and their names. This way I won’t be keeping or recycle excess cards next year. Then, I will have to formulate greetings that are different from commercial greetings. Then, choose a template that fits my personality. There are options which I can use my own photos. Why not? That would be very personalized. If I choose that I must sort out the pictures I had taken last Christmas. It’s a simple process and really cost effective, but I still able to send something to them. So, that’s it.
