Our landlady pays us a visit a week ago. She has lots of stories to tell including gossips and her vacant commercial space at the back of our apartment facing the street. After few minutes of our conversation, she mentioned that in a few weeks time that space will soon be opened. She already found a business person that wants to operate in that location.
Out of curiosity, wifey asked her what type of business that will be. She is nosy sometimes. But, our landlady didn’t mind the question and answer her. She said it’s a franchise business like that of franchise Indianapolis, IN.
I know it’s bad to doubt. But, I don’t think it’s a very nice location to do business despite the fact that it is beside the road. For some reason, my gut feeling is telling me that any business will not likely to prosper in that place. How can any person risk his money in that location?
Well, it’s his or her decision by the way. As for me, I am still looking working and continually checking the best franchise opportunities. I know there are lots of franchises. I have seen a lot of franchises Indianapolis, IN area. But, getting the right one is somehow difficult. I haven’t decided yet because I am still afraid.
