When I was a kid, I used to collect small things like toy cars and lots of toys. However, I stopped collecting thing at the age of 12 where I am more inclined with sports and other physical activities. Another thing is that I don’t have sufficient money to finance a collecting hobby.

For now, I no longer like sports. I am in a state of sedentary lifestyle. Not that I want to, but I am bound to. I feel ashamed of my lame excuse. Hehehe! What do I like now? I actually like photography now. I was able to buy a digital camera last year and was able to show some of pictures that I am proud of.

As I surf the net for tips on how to make good shots out of my digital camera, I came across the book called Numismatic Photography. This book is authored by Mark Goodman and published by Zyrus Press. This is not the type of book that I have been looking, but it’s worth sharing.

Actually, this book teaches the reader in an easy-to-read and visually rich guidebook format on how to image quality photos of coins with your digital camera. We all know that today there are many coin collectors collecting some of the most rare silver coins. This passion even pushed them to take a snap on their coins for whatever reason.

This book is an impressive addition to the coin collector’s arsenal of knowledge. Whether they are using a digital camera for the first time or you already have experience in other fields of photography, Goodman addresses typical problems faced by the photographer, recommends ways of improvements and offers specific tips and techniques for raw and slabbed coins. It will really help them create a beautiful photo of their collection.

I remember to share some information on the America the Beautiful series silver coins. I just learned that the America the Beautiful Quarters will feature up to five new designs each year beginning in 2010 and lasting to 2021. Our landlady pays us a visit a week ago. She has lots of stories to tell including gossips and her vacant commercial space at the back of our apartment facing the street. Well, it’s his or her decision by the way. As for me, I am still looking working and continually checking the best franchise opportunities. I know there are lots of franchises. I have seen a lot of franchises Indianapolis, IN area. But, getting the right one is somehow difficult. I haven’t decided yet because I am still afraid.

For a week now, I have been very busy studying Finish language. It’s eating a lot of my time that is the reason I seldom blog. I now have less time to visit my friends and even write articles. I am just happy that wifey is taking my place if needed. And just call my attention if she can no longer help me.

Yesterday, our teacher released us an hour and a half earlier than our schedule because of whatever reason. I was able to find time to drop cards and visit some of my friends. However, I am not yet motivated to do write an article.

All I can do is to surf the net and gather information. I got so frustrated with my laptop last week. It begins to notify me that I am reaching the end of its battery life. Hey! I bought this for only a year. I feel so angry towards the manufacturer because batteries are not included in their warranties. And if it is included, then I already consumed the warranty period.

I made up my mind to sell my laptop at a very low price before the battery runs out of life. And, I will buy one of those cutie netbooks. However, wifey stopped me from doing so. She said it is my lucky laptop as many beautiful things happen in my life after I bought it. She adds that I can just buy a battery since the only problem is the battery.

I weigh things and she is right. Even though the battery is expensive, I am still better off if I choose this option. A new laptop or netbook is more expensive than the battery. Well, then it’s time to cool down and take a deep breath.

I am waiting for my sister’s good news. I don’t want to ask whether or not her brand new car already arrived. It’s been a week now and yet there is no news. I constantly checked several projector headlights that might fit her car. I’m not sure if she will buy it or not. The sure thing is that those accessories I found will make her new car look good and not the same as factory styled cars.

But, first I still have to check if the car is already purchased. I feel I’m becoming very nosy about that car. Hehehe! That’s okay, I guess, besides she’s my sister. Hehehe!

Here in our country people are accustomed to preparing for the Yuletide season as early as September. Of course, we are part of those people. Being early has its perks.
