With the intent to make an investment I looked for properties for sale in the web. It is not that I will already finalize a sale. I am just the checking prices and see if I have enough money. But, if I see a property that will be very interesting, I try to check the bank if they can give me a loan and if I will be able to pay for the amortization.
In the middle of my search, I found the Harrisonburg Va property for sale. Even though it’s quite far from me, actually its continents away, I still pursue in check the elegant homes listings and the Shenandoah Valley Farmland that is for sale. Wooh! I’ve never seen such big properties before. I used to seeing 140sq meters of land for sale locally.
Well, it’s really a different thing. I guess I’ll just have to narrow my search to local home listings because it is impossible for me to buy one of those houses. Not only that I don’t have the capacity, but I don’t have any license as well. However, I will resend the information to my friend in NY and Texas. They might be interested to buy some properties in that area. Lucky for them that they are residents of the US and they can invest any time they want.
