It will give us accurate pulse rate as compared to using our stethoscope and watch. Actually we have no choice, but to do that. The hospital is just receiving sufficient budget from the government not for new equipment or gadgets, but for medicines for the unfortunate citizens.
Ow well, I have to return to what I am currently doing.
