my goal for now

Wifey laughed when I showed her the pictures I took during my week long vacation. She is amused seeing the real big me. Honestly, it is difficult to noticed weigh gain or loss when you are with the person every day. It is much easier to determine if you haven’t seen that person for a long time.

Well, I also have difficulty distinguishing my size either. It never occurred to me that my abdominal fat is becoming disturbing. Based on research people with apple-shaped bodies (fattest in the abdomen) have a greater risk of heart disease and diabetes than those with pear shapes (fattest in the hips, buttocks, and thighs). So losing them first is the one of the most important steps you can take to stay healthy for life.

Now, my goal is to find the diets that work for me. Our body differs from each other. So, my diet plan may not perfectly work for wifey, vice versa. But, the most important thing is that no one person will stay the same if they don’t eat a lot.
