Even before I decided to settle down with wifey, I always dream of owning a property in the outskirts of town as well as in the city proper. Of course, a home in the city proper will give me convenience from renting a house. Owning a home far from the city is for relaxing purposes.
The thought of having a home in a solitude area is so refreshing. I want a place where I can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city life every weekend; a place where we can enjoy nature with my family and so much more.
Time is ticking and it is not happening yet. With our current financial status, we can’t immediately pay for a land. The only way we think it is possible is to get financing. For now we are looking at different properties for sale like Harrisonburg Va property for sale. We are also requesting quotes of possible payment terms. That way we will be able to compute if we can pay their required monthly payment.
Well, I think that would be all for now. There is no point rushing things, I think it would be better to keep a slow pace, but a sure thing. For sure we will be able to get a property that will fit for our need and our budget.
