desperately wants to lose weight

One of our roommate’s desperately wants to lose weight. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know the right way to achieve results. Wifey tried to recommend the best possible way according to the tips she read on the internet, but was ignored. She prefers to skip breakfast and dinner and starve herself. But, she overeats during lunchtime and gorge on chips and unhealthy food. She is trying to combat her appetite to those foods, but to no avail.

I would say she can definitely benefit from the use of the best appetite supression and opt for healthy diet. Healthy diet means eating the right amount of food with fruits and vegetables and stay away from the junks. Good thing, she started jogging last week for at least 30 minutes a day, which is a good start. I just wish she would not stop after sometime.
